Return Policy

We accept returns based on the following criteria. You may return a product within 30 days unopened (call us first at 888-565-1008 for a Return Authorization #). Misssed ZYTO appointments will result in a $50.00 fee.

We will make a  refund or exchange to the customer after the unopened product is returned in good condition.  However we reserve  the right to deduct the shipping and bank charges or restock charges that we have incurred. We reserve the right to refuse any package sent back which does not have a  Return Authorization # (please call for one)
